...and they shall learn war no more...

...and they shall learn war no more...
...and they shall learn war no more...
The mission of Disruptive Disciples is to forge a brighter, safer, and more sustainable future rooted in principles of hope, creativity, mutual aid, and social responsibility. We are dedicated to transforming weapons of war and violence into essential and lifegiving tools for growing and sustaining life-giving food.
In a world divided by the complexities of the gun debate, our hope is that we might find common ground in our shared vision of building a better future for all. Scripture tells us that one day "they shall beat their swords into plowshares, their spears into pruning hooks, and learn the ways of war no more."
Just as the prophets dreamed of such a future, we too envision a world where the destructive power of firearms might be harnessed to nurture the earth and cultivate peace.
Join us on this journey of renewal and reconciliation as we forge a path towards a future where gardens flourish, and the seeds of hope are sown anew.

A part of the RAWtools Network, Rev Corey Simon has been blacksmithing since 2019, converting guns into garden tools, he works to invite those with ears to hear to imagine a less violent world.

While this ministry is founded on Christian principles, our primary goal is that of inclusivity and collaboration with all who want to participate. We believe the values of love, compassion, and service are universal, transcending religious boundaries.
Our mission is to create a space where people of every walk of life can engage and participate in a spirit of unity, understanding, and shared purpose. Through dialogue, cooperation, and shared acts of kindness, we seek to build bridges and celebrate our common humanity and to foster a more interconnected and harmonious world.
Annoying I know, this just helps me keep track of who's stopping by.
